Emerald Isle Produce Ltd was founded by myself, Martin Critten and my business partner Tony Cook. Both of us are resident in Co Clare, Ireland. On our travels abroad we soon realised that those who lived away from Ireland found it impossible to obtain some household favorites. Having been asked countless times to bring over gifts of food, like Tayto’s, Barry’s Tea and White Pudding, we though it timely to create an Irish Delicatessen on the internet.
