 All delivery within Ireland and the British Mainland are made by our chosen courier. For small orders we also use the mainland postal systems. All carriage paid orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order. For a premier courier service, we can offer mainland next day or a 48hr service for the European mailand. Any quires contact us by email or on our Order Hotline on 00353 (0)65 6826509. If the recipient isn’t in when a delivery driver calls, a notice will be left with contact details clearly marked. We are pleased to offer a complete dispatch service on all alcoholic drink products within Europe for all hampers and gift boxes. Outside of Europe we can advise on individual US States and other countries too.

| Food items contained in our hampers namely, Cheese, Salmon, Bacon products and Black & White Pudding are packaged by manufacturers and are more often vacuum packed. Such packaging does not demand Chilled distribution. However to maintain a high standard of service, all such products are packaged together in pre chilled cooler bags. |

| Courier dispatches involving Air Freight we can only dispatch products containing over 20% volume. All dispatches of this kind are within 48 hours and can be tracked using our couriers system. |

This involves researching the import licencing and certification of certain product types and assessing the restrictions on the import of particular products levied by Governments.
